Rental Payments and Restrictions
Upon reserving, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the date of your arrival. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on rental unit reservations!
A cash security deposit of $200.00 will be due at the time of check-in. This will be refunded at check-out after an inspection of the rental unit. For this reason, all rental guests must check-out at front office.
All rates are plus 7% Maine State Lodging Tax.
All bicycles, mopeds & motorcycles require tags, which will be given free of charge upon arrival.
